Man Yue invested HK$10 million to Wuxi Heli Electronics Company Limited, a joint venture in China, to manufacture capacitors. |

Man Yue expanded the trading business to various raw materials and production machinery. |

Man Yue International Holdings Limited was incorporated in Bermuda and listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. In the same year, the company was awarded the ISO 9002 accreditation and received a Certificate of Merit in Export Marketing from the Hong Kong Trade Development Council.

Man Yue combined the two factories in Shenzhen and relocated the new factory in Dongguan. |

The expansion of Dongguan plant was completed and doubled the production capacity. Man Yue International Electronics Limited, a sale office, was established in Taiwan. |

Man Yue increased the shareholding of Wuxi Heli Electronics Company Limited from 48.4% to 71.1%. |

Man Yue Electronics (Xiamen) Company Limited, a wholly foreign owned enterprise, was established in Xiamen for manufacturing electrolytic capacitors. In line with global business development of Man Yue, Man Yue Electronics Company Limited also opened a representative office in Malaysia. |

 Samxon Electronic Components LLC, a sale office, was opened in USA. In the same year, Man Yue awarded the ISO9001 accreditation and also Man Fat International Trading (Shanghai) Company Limited was established in Shanghai. |

Man Yue awarded the ISO14001 accreditation and Export Marketing Award from Hong Kong Trade Development Council. Man Yue also set up a research center for new material and product development with Tsinghua University as a joint venture.

Wuxi Man Yue Electronics Company Limited started production in Wuxi. Man Yue received Productivity and Quality Certificate of Merit from Hong Kong Productivity Council.

 The commencement of operation of our aluminum foil factory in Qingyuan. Man Yue launched a new product series for Conductive Polymer Aluminum Solid Capacitors under the brand name X-CON ®.

 The brand new manufacturing facility in Dongguan commenced operation in May 2007. This manufacturing facility offers 110,000M² of production space and the capacity of production 1,000,000,000 pieces per month by 2009. |
